Who you are buying from
Frank's Folder is sold through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. That means Gumroad — not us — processes the payment, handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues refunds, and manages disputes and chargebacks. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Gumroad's Terms of Service and refund policy. The guarantee below is the policy we set; Gumroad applies it on our behalf, and in any conflict about the transaction itself, Gumroad's terms govern.
The 7-day guarantee
Frank's Folder comes with a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. If within seven days of purchase you decide it is not for you, contact us and we will authorize a full refund through Gumroad, back to your original payment method. You do not have to explain or argue. (Separately, Gumroad reserves the right to issue a refund within 90 days at its own discretion — so even outside our window, a fair request is rarely a dead end.)
How to request a refund
Email hello@franksfrontporch.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the refund/contact option in your Gumroad receipt. Include your order number if you have it. We respond within 1–2 business days and authorize the refund; Gumroad processes it.
Technical problems
If a download link fails or a file will not open, contact us and we will fix it or authorize a refund — even after seven days. You should be able to read and print what you paid for.
Duplicate charges
Any accidental duplicate charge is refunded in full. Tell us, or contact Gumroad support, and it is corrected.
Digital delivery & your consumer rights
Frank's Folder is digital content delivered instantly, and by buying you request and consent to that immediate delivery. Where consumer law (for example in the EU or UK) provides a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital purchases, that right — and any waiver of it at checkout — is handled by Gumroad as the merchant of record under its terms; we do not override your statutory rights. Independently of all of that, we offer the voluntary 7-day guarantee above, and nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your country of residence.
