These terms govern your use of franksfrontporch.com and the digital products offered here (the “Site” and “Products”), published by the independent studio behind Frank Delaney's Front Porch (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these terms.
Who you buy from — Gumroad as merchant of record
We are the creator and licensor of the Products. The sale itself is made by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record / authorized reseller. This means Gumroad processes your payment, handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, and manages refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Your purchase is therefore also governed by Gumroad's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything in these terms conflicts with Gumroad's terms regarding the payment, sale, tax, or refund of a Product, Gumroad's terms control that part of the transaction; our terms govern the license to, and the content of, the Products.
What you are buying
Products are downloadable digital files (PDFs). Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own household. You may print copies for your own use and share the large-print edition with a family member you bought it for. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the Products.

The Products and all Site content are for educational and informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. Eligibility and amounts for the programs described vary and change; verify everything with the official office. Payment, delivery, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment and applicable tax are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record; delivery is immediate by email and download. Our voluntary 7-day guarantee and how refunds work are set out in our Refund Policy; refunds are issued by Gumroad on our behalf, and Gumroad may also issue refunds within 90 days at its discretion.
No guarantees; limitation of liability
The Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, and no specific result or saving is guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or Products. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
